Jason Dittman
Owner/Operator
Jason started his Chick-fil-A journey in 1986 at age 15 in Daytona, Florida. He is the owner of Chick-fil-A Waters Avenue, which was built in 1997 as the first free standing Chick-fil-A built in Tampa and St. Petersburg. In 2016, he became the owner of Chick-fil-A Citrus Park Mall, and now in 2022 he is also happy to open Chick-fil-A West Hillsborough. Jason loves what he does and has a heart for serving his guests. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

I've been with Chick-fil-A for 22 years. I was born and raised here in Town 'n' Country, minutes from Leto High School. My heart is here and I'm proud that we can provide quality food for our neighbors in a friendly, family setting.

Organizational Director
Hi, I'm Maya, and I'm the Organizational Director for Chick-fil-A Town 'n' Country. I've been with Chick-fil-A for 7 years. I love all things development and training. There is nothing better than seeing someone achieve their goals. Working with us is so much more than a job, it's a part of your journey.

My name is Gus, I have the privilege of working in this fine organization since 2019. My goal is to create uncommon experiences for our guests around quality food, and for our work environment to be a leadership academy for our team members!

Hello, I'm Theresa, Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A Town 'n' Country and I've been working with Chick-fil-A for over 12 years. I enjoy partnering with our schools and organizations in the community and assist them with spirit nights, holiday concerts, and events for our locations.
